Letters from Richmond audiences
Tuesday, March 15th, 2011My two sisters and Mom were there last night at the Murder in the Court presentation. I realized this morning that although I filled out my name and address on the comment card, I failed to answer any of the questions. I just wanted you
to know that we had a GREAT time, all of the actors were quite good, and we would definitely do it again. Thank you and the cast for a lovely evening.”

“THEY DO IT ALL
At the Mystery Dinner Playhouse-Richmond, the performers immediately started serving the patrons between acts of the play. At first I thought that a bit demeaning, but then quickly changed my mind.
The actors and actresses didn’t seems to mind at all. In fact, they looked as
if they relished the close encounters with all the customers, and that made the meal even more enjoyable for everyone.
One of the actors who played Rob during the mystery play we attended sounded exactly like Jason Alexander (George on Seinfeld) all evening long.
He was very good at it, too, and after the show, I spoke to him for a few minutes and his natural voice was nothing at all like what we’d been hearing for a few hours during the performance.
That was pretty neat.
